Review by hotel critic
During my recent visit to the Courtyard By Marriott Charlottesville - University Medical Center, I was thoroughly impressed with the warm hospitality and thoughtful service provided by the staff, particularly manager Michelle, who promptly addressed a minor issue we encountered. The spacious lobby not only exuded comfort but also provided ample areas for relaxation, making it an inviting space for my family and me to unwind after a long day of exploration. We indulged in a delightful breakfast at the Bistro, where I savored the Breakfast Burrito—truly a generous portion that was well worth the price. The hotel's prime location made it easy for us to stroll to various dining options and attractions, infusing our days with a mix of culinary and cultural experiences. While a clearer sign would certainly benefit newcomers navigating the area, our overall experience was enhanced by the modern amenities and clean rooms that offered us a splendid retreat after our adventures in scenic Charlottesville.
